There’s always a friendly welcome at our Customer Services Desks.
We have three desks in total located at various entrances to the Centre as we realise this is where you need your shopping advice most.
The desks are situated on the ground floor, Green Mall, next to Marks & Spencer (replacing the former desk near House of Fraser), ground floor, Red Mall near Debenhams and ground floor, Blue Mall, next to the Odeon Cinema.
Our friendly staff can help with:-

- Directions to shops
- Where to eat ideas
- Public transport information
- Lost property, children and grannies too
- Safe-child wristband
- Leisure attractions
- What’s on in the Centre
- Car parking advice
- MetroGnome Buggy and Boobaloo Cab Hire
Buggies are supplied free of charge for the carriage of a child over 6 months up to a maximum height of 90cm
