Position: Deputy Manager
Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 out of 7 days.
Salary: Exceeds NMW
Your role will be supporting the Store Manager in leading a successful and motivated team and to drive the store performance. We believe that people who are willing to share their own experiences and knowledge are pivotal in creating a successful store and a successful team, we encourage you to give feedback and ideas. We have a fantastic training scheme which offers the opportunity to develop. You do not have to be a fragrance specialist, our training will equip you with all knowledge that you need. We do however, expect you to have recent experience in a managerial role in a customer facing environment and have previous experience of team work. We also want you to have a passion for your team to succeed.
